All course payments are non-transferable and non-refundable, except in the specific cases mentioned below in Section 2.
This policy is in place because:
- Our courses include digital content and materials that are immediately accessible upon purchase
- We provide personalized consultation and guidance tailored to each student
- Our instructors invest significant time and resources in preparing and delivering course content
2. Refund Eligibility
A refund may be considered only in the following circumstances:
Valid Refund Cases
- Duplicate Payment: Multiple charges for the same course due to technical error or system malfunction
- Service Not Delivered: Payment was processed but access to course materials or services was not provided due to internal issues from our side
Refund Request Requirements:
- Contact us within 7 days of the transaction date
- Provide valid proof of payment (transaction ID, receipt, bank statement)
- Clearly explain the issue and reason for refund request
- Include screenshots or documentation supporting your claim
Refund NOT Available For
- Change of mind after course enrollment
- Failure to complete the course within the stipulated time
- Personal reasons or circumstances that prevent course completion
- Dissatisfaction with course content after access has been granted
- Technical issues on the student's end (internet connectivity, device compatibility, etc.)
3. Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of our digital educational services, we have a strict cancellation policy:
No Cancellation After Access
Once access is granted to course materials, consultation sessions, or digital content, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
This is because:
- Digital course materials are immediately available and cannot be "returned"
- Consultation-based plans are personalized and prepared specifically for each client
- Educational content has been delivered and consumed
Pre-Access Cancellation:
If you wish to cancel before receiving access to any course materials or services:
- Contact us immediately after payment
- Cancellation must be requested before any course access is provided
- We will review your request on a case-by-case basis
4. Refund Process
If your refund request is approved after our review:

Refund Method: Original payment method (bank account, credit/debit card, UPI, etc.)
Important Notes:
- Refunds will be processed to the same payment method used for the original transaction
- Bank processing times may vary and are beyond our control
- Any transaction fees or gateway charges may be deducted from the refund amount
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
- Please allow additional 3-5 business days for the amount to reflect in your account
5. Dispute Resolution
If you have any concerns or disputes regarding payments or refunds:

- Provide all necessary documentation and proof
- We will investigate and respond within 3-5 business days
- Our decision on refund eligibility will be final
